1:1 Որ ընտրեցար ի կոչումն առաքելական քարոզութեանցն արժանաւոր լինելով, սուրբ Ստեփանոս, բարեխօսեա առ Քրիստոս վասն անձանց մերոց: Որ խնդրեցեր զթողութիւն ի վերայ քո քարաձիգ ժողովոյն, սուրբ Ստեփանոս. եւ այժմ վասն քո ուխտաւորացս աղաչեա զընդ աջմէ Հօր Նստեալն:

You who asked forgiveness for the mob that stoned you, St. Stephen, also now for those who pledge themselves for your sake, pray to the one seated at the right hand of the Father:
