3:1 Եւ Հասեալ ի գերեզման ասեն, Սաղմոս {ԾԺԵ։1–7}: Դարձ անձն իմ ի հանգիստ քո զի Տէր կոչեաց զքեզ։ Սիրեցի զի լուիցէ Տէր զձայն աղօթից իմոց. զի խոնարհեցոյց զունկն իւր առ իս. եւ ես յաւուրս իմ կարդացի առ նա։ Շրջեցան զինեւ երկունք մահու, եւ վիշտք դժոխոց գտին զիս։ Զնեղութիւն եւ զանձկութիւն գտի, եւ զանուն Տեառն կարդացի։ Ո՜ Տէր փրկեա գանձն իմ. ողորմած Աստուած մեր, ողորմի եւ պահէ զտղայս Տէր։ Ես խոնարհ եղէ՝ եւ Տէր կեցոյց զիս:
| 3:1 And reaching the gravesite chapel, they say. Return, o my soul, to your rest; for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you. I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my supplications. Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live. The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Hell laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish. Then I called on the name of the Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, save my life! Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; our God is merciful. The Lord preserves the simple; when I was brought low, he saved me:
