12:1 ԱՂՕԹՔ. Տէր Աստուած զօրութեանց եւ արարիչ ամենայն արարածոց, որ առեր հող յերկրէ եւ ստեղծեր զմարդն ըստ պատկերի քում եւ ըստ նմանութեան, եւ եդիր զնա ի դրախտին փափկութեան։ Արու եւ Էգ արարեր զնոսա՝ եւ օրհնեցեր զնոսա ասելով. «Աճեցէ՛ք եւ բազմացարուք եւ լցէ՛ք զերկիր, եւ տիրեցէ՛ք դմա»։ Արդ՝ որպէս օրհնեցեր զամուսնութիւն նախահարցն եւ զնախամարցն, եւ որպէս օրհնեցեր զպսակս արդարոցն քոց, նոյնպէս օրհնեա զպսակս զայս յամուսնութիւն ծառայից քոց, զի դու ժամանեցուցեր զսոսա յօրհնութիւն քաղցրութեան քո, եւ եդիր ի գլուխ սոցա պսակ ի քարէ պատուականէ:
| 12:1 PRAYER. Lord, God of hosts and maker of all creatures. You took dust from the earth and fashioned man in Your own image and likeness and put him into a pleasing paradise. You have created them male and female and blessed them saying: increase and multiply and replenish the earth and have dominion over it. Therefore, as You have blessed the marriages of the patriarchs and matriarchs, and as You blessed the crowning of Your righteous ones, bless ( make sign of cross) also the marriage of these servants, for You have made them to arrive at Your sweet blessing, and You have placed upon their heads a crown of precious jewels:
