Deacon: We all who have come into the holy catholic and apostolic Church, let us pray to the only- begotten Son of God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who descended with the glory of the Father into the midst of the furnace and delivered the three children from the Chaldeans. May he keep our minds enlightened and holy, lest we ever be deceived by the sins and the lust of the world, and may we be worthy to keep his commandments, to receive on ourselves the crown of light and life, which crown he has promised to them that love him, Jesus Christ, very God, our Lord. Let us beseech and ask of him to make us pass the length of this day in peace and in all cheerful vigilance, and to guard and defend his people by his divine power, for he has authority over all through his beneficence. Deacon: We have come for the confession of repentance, therefore let us in faith lay up in our hearts the hope in the only- begotten Son of God, asking of him forgiveness and remission of our transgressions. For he is the provident God eternal, who came by the will of the Father to save all creatures and declared himself to be the expiator of sins, the hope of penitents, granting rest to them that labor, receiving them that are heavy- laden and weary with sins that they may repent and be expiated. Now therefore come, let all of us, with humbled souls and broken hearts, fall down and weep before the Lord our Creator, that he may be pleased to let his wrath of the punishment of our transgressions turn away from us through his lovingkindness. Priest: O Lord, God of our salvation, who art merciful and compassionate, long- suffering and abundant in mercy and dost repent thyself of the evils of men, thou wiliest not the death of the sinner but his return from evil ways to the end that he should live. Deacon: Let us beseech almighty God that he will keep his people under the protection of his holy and venerable cross in peace. Almighty Lord our God. Save us and have mercy:

Քահանայն. Օգնեա՛ մեզ. Տէ՛ր. օգնեա՛ մեզ. Աստուա՛ծ Փրկիչ մեր. վասն մեծի փառաց անուանդ քո. Տէ՛ր. փրկեա՛ զմեզ եւ քաւեա՛ զմեղս մեր վասն անուան քոյ սրբոյ: Պարսպեալ պահեա՛ զառ ի քեզ ապաւինեալ եւ զյուսացեալ զժողովուրդս քո ընդ հովանեաւ սուրբ եւ պատուական խաչի քո ի խաղաղութեան: Փրկեա՛ յերեւելի եւ յաներեւոյթ թշնամւոյն: Արժանաւորեա՛ գոհութեամբ փառաւորել զքեզ ընդ Հօր եւ ընդ Սրբոյ Հոգւոյդ. այժմ եւ միշտ եւ յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից. ամէն:

Priest: Help us, Lord. Help us, God our Savior, in accordance with the great glory of your name. Lord, save us and forgive us our signs of your holy name. Keep and shelter those who have taken refuge in you and your people who rely the protection of our holy and venerable cross in peace. Save them from enemies visible and invisible. Make them worthy to worship you with the Father and Holy Spirit. Now and always and unto the ages of ages. Amen:

Our parents, teachers, brothers, friends, those who feed us, pilgrims, travelers, those at rest, in retirement, our confessors, penitents, slave, the infirm, afflicted, rulers, evil- doers, benefactors, enemies, the hateful. And those who instructed us in the faith:

Քահանայն. Յիշեա՛ Տէր եւ ողորմեա՛: Բարերար եւ բազումողորմ Աստուած. քո անմոռաց գիտութեամբդ եւ անբաւ մարդասիրութեամբդ. յիշեա՛ զամենայն հաւատացեալս ի քեզ եւ ողորմեա՛ ամենեցուն: Օգնեա՛ եւ փրկեա՛ յիւրաքանչիւր վտանգից եւ փորձութեանց: Արժանաւորեա՛ գոհութեամբ փառաւորել զՀայր եւ զՈրդի եւ զՍուրբ Հոգիդ. այժմ եւ միշտ եւ յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից. ամէն:
