| 4:0 Heavenly Father:
| 4:1 Դպիրքն. Հայր երկնաւոր, որ զՈրդիդ քո ետուր ի մահ վասն մեր պարտապան պարտեաց մերոց, հեղմամբ արեան նորա, աղաչեմք զքեզ, ողորմեա քո բանաւոր հօտի:
| 4:1 Choir: Heavenly Father, who did give your Son to death for us, debtor for our debts, by the shedding of his blood, we beseech you, have mercy upon your rational flock:
| 4:2 Քահանայն. Եւ զսոյն միշտ իւր յիշատակ առնել պատուիրան աւանդեաց մեզ բարերար Որդիդ քո Միածին:
| 4:2 Priest: And your only- begotten beneficent Son gave us the commandment that we should always do this in remembrance of him:
| 4:3 Եւ իջեալ ի ստորին վայրս մահու մարմնովն` զոր ի մերմէս ընկալաւ յազգակցութենէ. եւ զնիգս դժոխոցն աղարտեալ հզօրեղապէս, զքեզ միայն ծանոյց մեզ ճշմարիտ Աստուած, զԱստուածդ կենդանեաց եւ մեռելոց:
| 4:3 And descending into the nether regions of death in the body which he took of our kinship, and mightily breaking asunder the bolts of hell, he made you known to us the only true God, the God of the living and of the dead:
| 4:4 Եւ արդ մեք, Տէր, ըստ այսմ հրամանատրութեան յառաջ բերեալ զայս խորհուրդ փրկական Մարմնոյ եւ Արեան Միածնի քոյ, յիշեմք զդորա որ վասն մեր զփրկագործ չարչարանսն, զկենսատու խաչելութիւնն, զերեքօրեայ թաղումն, զերանելի յարութիւնն, զաստուածապէս համբարձումնն, զնստիլն ընդ աջմէ քո, Հայր, զահաւոր եւ զփառաւորեալ զմիւս անգամ գալուստն խոստովանիմք եւ օրհնեմք:
| 4:4 And now, O Lord, in accordance with this commandment, bringing forth the saving mystery of the body and blood or your Only- begotten, we remember his redemptive sufferings for us, his life- giving crucifixion, his burial for three days, his blessed resurrection, his divine ascension and his enthronement at your right hand, O Father; his awesome and glorious second coming, we confess and praise:
| 4:5 Եւ զքոյս ի քոյոց քեզ մատուցանեմք ըստ ամենայնի եւ յաղագս ամենեցուն:
| 4:5 And we offer to you yours of your own from all and for all:
