| 15:1 The Prayer of St. John Chrysostom:

15:2 Քահանայն. Գոհանամ եւ մեծացուցանեմ եւ փառաւորեմ զքեզ Տէր Աստուած իմ, զի զիս զանարժանս արժանացուցեր յաւուր յայսմիկ հաղորդակից լինել աստուածային եւ սոսկալի խորհրդոյ քում, անարատ Մարմնոյդ եւ պատուական Արեանդ:
| 15:2 Priest: I thank you and magnify you and glorify you, O Lord my God, for you have made me, unworthy as I am, worthy to partake this day of your divine and awe- inspiring mystery, of your undefiled Body and your precious Blood:

15:3 Վասն այսորիկ զսոսա ի բարեխօսութիւն ունելով` աղաչեմ յամենայն աւուրս եւ ի ժամանակս կենաց իմոց ընդ սրբութեան քոյ պահեա զիս. որպէս զի յիշելով զբարեգթութիւնս քո եւ կենդանի եղէց ընդ քեզ: Որ վասն մեր չարչարեցար եւ մեռար եւ յարեար:
| 15:3 Wherefore, having these for intercessors, I beseech you, keep me with your holiness in all the days and times of my life, so that bearing in mind your tender compassion I too may live with you, who did suffer and die and rise again for our sake:

15:4 Մի մերձեսցի, Տէր իմ եւ Աստուած, խորտակիչն, կնքելով անձին իմոյ պատուական Արեամբդ քով: Ամենակարող, մաքրեա զիս սոքօք յամենայն մեռելոտի գործոց իմոց, որ միայնդ ես անմեղ:
| 15:4 By the sealing of my soul with your precious Blood, my Lord and God, let not the destroyer come near me. Cleanse me with these from all my dead works, Almighty one, who alone are without sin:

15:5 Ամրացո զկեանս իմ, ՏԷր, յամենայն փորձութենէ, եւ զպատերազմողն իմ դարձո յինէն յետս, պատկառեալ եւ ամաչեցեալ` որչափ յառնէ ի վերայ իմ: Ամրացո զգնացս մտաց եւ լեզուի իմոյ, եւ զամենայն ճանապարհս մարմնոյ իմոյ:
| 15:5 Protect my life, O Lord, from all temptation and turn my adversary back from me ashamed and confounded so often as he rises against me. Protect the goings of my mind and of my tongue and all the ways of my body:

15:6 Լեր հանապազորդ ընդ իս, ըստ անսուտ խոստմանց քոց, թէ` որ ուտէ զՄարմին իմ եւ ըմպէ զԱրիւն իմ, նա յիս բնակեսցի եւ ես ի նմա: Դու ասացեր մարդասէր, կացո զբանս աստուածային անլուծելի հրամանաց քոց: Քանզի դու ես Աստուած ողորմութեան, եւ գթութեան, եւ մարդասիրութեան, եւ պարգեւիչ ամենայն բարեաց, եւ քեզ վայելէ փառք, հանդերձ Հարբդ եւ ամենասուրբ Հոգւովդ, այժմ եւ միշտ եւ յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից. ամէն:
| 15:6 Be with me always according to your unfailing promise that whoever eats my Body and drinks my Blood dwells in me and I in him. You did say so, you who love mankind. Fulfill the words of your divine and irrevocable commandments. For you are the God of mercy and of compassion and of love toward mankind and the giver of all good things; and to you, together with the Father and the all holy Spirit, is befitting glory, now and always and unto the ages of ages. Amen:

15:7 Եւ ապա տեառնագրեսցէ զինքն եւ խնդրեսցէ ի ճշմարտեն Աստուծոյ զպէսպէս հայցուածս անձին իւրոյ եւ ժողովրդեան եւ աշխարհի: Եւ թողութիւն խնդրեսցէ վասն իւրոց թշնամեաց եւ ատելեաց: Եւ անդէն ահիւ եւ դողութեամբ ճաշակեսցէ ի Մարմնոյն եւ արբցէ ի Բաժակէն` ասելով. Հաւատով հաւատամ յամենասուրբ Երրորդութիւնդ, ի Հայր եւ յՈրդի եւ ի Հոգիդ Սուրբ:
| 15:7 And then he signs himself with the sign of the Lord and makes to the true God his diverse petitions for himself, for the people and for the world. And he asks forgiveness for his enemies and for those who hate him. And then with fear and trembling he tastes of the Body and drinks of the Cup, saying: In faith do I believe in the all- holy Trinity, in the Father and in the Son and in the Holy Spirit:

15:8 Հաւատով ճաշակեմ զսուրբ եւ զկենդանարար եւ զփրկագործ Մարմինս քո Քրիստոս Աստուած իմ Յիսուս` ի թողութիւն մեղաց իմոց:
| 15:8 In faith do I taste of your holy and life- giving and saving Body, O Christ my God, Jesus, for the remission of my sins:

15:9 Հաւատով ըմպեմ զսրբարար եւ զմաքրիչ Արիւնս քո Քրիստոս Աստուած իմ Յիսուս, ի թողութիւն մեղաց իմոց:
| 15:9 In faith do I drink of your sanctifying and cleansing Blood, O Christ my God, Jesus, for the remission of my sins:

15:10 Մարմին քո անապական լիցի ինձ ի կեանս, եւ սուրբ Արիւն քո ի քաւութիւն եւ ի թողութիւն մեղաց:
| 15:10 Let your incorruptible Body be to me for life and your holy Blood for expiation and remission of my sins:
