16:0 [KJV Chapter 17] A Prayer of David:
| 16:0 Աղօթք Դաւթի:
|
16:1 Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry, give ear unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips:
| 16:1 Լուր, Տէր, արդարութեան, եւ նայեա ի խնդրուածս իմ. ունկն դիր աղօթից իմոց, զի ոչ շրթամբք նենգաւորօք:

16:2 Let my sentence come forth from thy presence; let thine eyes behold the things that are equal:
| 16:2 Յերեսաց քոց իրաւունք ինձ ելցեն, եւ աչք իմ տեսցեն զուղղութիւն:
|
16:3 Thou hast proved mine heart; thou hast visited me in the night; thou hast tried me, and shalt find nothing; I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress:
| 16:3 Փորձեցեր զսիրտ իմ եւ քննեցեր ի գիշերի, փորձեցեր զիս եւ ոչ գտաւ յիս անիրաւութիւն:
|
16:4 Concerning the works of men, by the word of thy lips I have kept me from the paths of the destroyer:
| 16:4 Մի՛ խօսեսցի բերան իմ զգործս որդւոց մարդկան. վասն բանից շրթանց քոց ես պահեցից զճանապարհս խիստս:
|
16:5 Hold up my goings in thy paths, that my footsteps slip not:
| 16:5 Հաստատեա զշաւիղս իմ ի ճանապարհի քում, զի մի՛ գայթակղեսցին գնացք իմ:
|
16:6 I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, and hear my speech:
| 16:6 Ես առ քեզ, Տէր, կարդացի զի լուար ինձ, Աստուած. խոնարհեցո առ իս զունկն քո եւ լուր բանից իմոց:
|
16:7 Shew thy marvellous lovingkindness, O thou that savest by thy right hand them which put their trust in thee from those that rise up against them:
| 16:7 Սքանչելի արարեր զողորմութիւնս քո, ո փրկես զայնոսիկ որ յուսացեալ են ի քեզ` յայնցանէ որ հակառակ կան աջոյ քո:
|
16:8 Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings:
| 16:8 Պահեա զիս որպէս բիբ ական, ընդ հովանեաւ թեւոց քոց ծածկեսցես զիս:
|
16:9 From the wicked that oppress me, from my deadly enemies, who compass me about:
| 16:9 յերեսաց ամպարշտաց ոյք տառապեցուցին զիս. թշնամիք զանձն իմ պաշարեցին:
|
16:10 They are inclosed in their own fat: with their mouth they speak proudly:
| 16:10 ի ճարպս իւրեանց արգելան. բերանք նոցա խօսեցան զամբարտաւանութիւն:
|
16:11 They have now compassed us in our steps: they have set their eyes bowing down to the earth:
| 16:11 Մերժեցին զիս եւ`` այժմ դարձեալ պատեցան զինեւ, ուշ եդին խոնարհեցուցանել զիս յերկիր:
|
16:12 Like as a lion that is greedy of his prey, and as it were a young lion lurking in secret places:
| 16:12 Համարեցան ինձ որպէս առեւծ զի պատրաստէ յորս, որպէս կորիւն առիւծու զի նստի դարանեալ:
|
16:13 Arise, O LORD, disappoint him, cast him down: deliver my soul from the wicked, which is thy sword:
| 16:13 Արի, Տէր, ժամանեա նոցա եւ խափանեա զնոսա. փրկեա զանձն իմ յամպարշտաց ի սրոյ եւ ի ձեռանէ թշնամւոյն: Տէր, կորո զնոսա յերկրէ, բաժանեա եւ խափանեա զնոսա ի կեանս իւրեանց:

16:14 From men which are thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, which have their portion in this life, and whose belly thou fillest with thy hid treasure: they are full of children, and leave the rest of their substance to their babes:
| 16:14 Գաղտնեօք քովք լցան որովայնք նոցա, յագեցան կերակրովք եւ թողին զմնացուածս տղայոց իւրեանց:
|
16:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness:
| 16:15 Ես արդարութեամբ երեւեցայց երեսաց քոց, յագեցայց յերեւել փառաց քոց:
|
