128:0 Օրհնութիւնք աստիճանաց:
| 128:0 KJV Chapter [129] A Song of degrees:

128:1 Բազում անգամ մարտեան ընդ իս ի մանկութենէ իմմէ, ասասցէ Իսրայէլ:
| 128:1 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:
|
128:2 բազում անգամ մարտեան ընդ իս ի մանկութենէ իմմէ, եւ ինձ ոչ յաղթեցին:
| 128:2 Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me:
|
128:3 [766]Զթիկունս իմ հարին մեղաւորք, ընդ երկար արարին զանօրէնութիւնս`` իւրեանց:
| 128:3 The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows:
|
128:4 Տէր արդար է, խորտակէ [767]զուլն մեղաւորաց:
| 128:4 The LORD [is] righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked:
|
128:5 Ամաչեսցեն եւ յետս դարձցին ամենեքեան ոյք ատեան զՍիոն:
| 128:5 Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion:
|
128:6 Եղիցին նոքա որպէս խոտ տանեաց, որ մինչչեւ ի բուռն եկեալ` չորացաւ:
| 128:6 Let them be as the grass [upon] the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:
|
128:7 ուստի ոչ ելից զբուռն իւր հնձօղն, եւ ոչ զգիրկս իւր` որ զորայն ժողովէր:
| 128:7 Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom:
|
128:8 Ոչ ասացին ամենեքեան ոյք անցանէին առ նոքօք, թէ` Օրհնութիւն Տեառն ընդ ձեզ, եւ օրհնեցաք զձեզ յանուանէ Տեառն:
| 128:8 Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD [be] upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD:
